Who can register as a Delegate?

Participation in the ISF World Seed Congress is not open to everyone. You can register as a Delegate if you are:

• A representative of an ISF Member (Ordinary, Associate and Affiliate)
• An employee of a company that is a member of the national seed association in your country of residence. This national seed association must be an ISF Ordinary Member.

Delegates have access to the Trading Floor, Exhibitor Area and to open meetings as well as to all social events (Opening Ceremony, Welcome Party and Gala Dinner).

On-site registration will only be granted and processed if the delegate provides a signed declaration from her/his national seed association confirming that the Organization or Company that she/he represents is a member of that national seed association.

Who can register as an Exhibitor?

Membership in ISF is not necessary. However, the National Organizing Committee needs to approve all applications. The number of exhibit booths is limited and allocation of space will be done on a first-come, first-served basis.

An Exhibitor has access only to the exhibit area and to the Opening Ceremony. No access is possible to the Trading Floor. Social events (Welcome Party and Gala Dinner) must be paid for.

Accompanying Persons

This registration category is only applicable to the spouse, companion and/or children of delegates. Registration allows them to attend the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Party, Gala Dinner and the Accompanying Person's tours. Accompanying Persons can also enter the Golf Tournament (at an additional cost).

Accompanying Persons do not have access to the Congress Venue (Exhibition area, trading floor, ISF Open Meetings and General Assembly). Children under 12 years pay no registration fees and may not attend the Opening Ceremony or Gala Dinner. They must be listed on the registration form.

ISF Membership Levels

Before submitting your registration request, please make sure you are aware of your company's or organisation's membership level to ISF:

• Ordinary Members - national associations representing seed companies and enterprises based in the country
• Associate Members - seed companies
• Affiliate Members - Service providers to the seed industry; or related associations not fitting in the ordinary membership category;
• Observers - seed associations and companies with a time-bound observer status

If your company is a member of an ISF Ordinary Member (national seed association of your country of residence) please select "Member of a national seed association" when registering.

Registration fees, registration periods deadlines

Online registration will be available here from 4 January 2012 (11:00 GMT) to 11 May 2012 (14:00 GMT).
