IMPORTANT INFORMATION – VISA & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Brazil requires travelers from some countries to apply for a visa prior to enter the country, depending on the country, the visa application can take a long time.
For more information on the required documents as well as their required validity please check the Visa information Tab.
Should you require a visa please look for a local Brazilian Embassy in order to have precise information.

IMPORTANT: On-site registration conditions
On-site registration will only be granted and processed if the delegate provides a signed declaration from her/his national seed association confirming that the Organization or Company that she/he represents is a member of that national seed association.
GROUND TRANSPORT
Shuttle to congress venue (Windsor Barra Convention Center)
A shuttle service will be available between the congress hotels and the congress venue.
